1. Bypassing the Stock ISP (Computational RAW)

Shooting in standard JPEG means baking the manufacturer’s color grading permanently into the file. The professional alternative is shooting in RAW (DNG). However, mobile sensors are too small for standard single-frame RAW files to be clean; they are inherently noisy.
